HOW MUCH DOES ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING COST?

This is entirely dependent on what your goals are and what your current situation is. I have a few different package options, it's all about finding out which one is right for you. We will discuss this in full depth during the consultation.

IS ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING WORTH IT? (IS IT AS EFFECTIVE AS 'IN PERSON' TRAINING?)

I have experience in both 'in person' and online coaching and after a lot of denial and self contradiction I have found that online training is a far superior method of coaching people in the long run. This is something I would never have said in the past! My online clients yield far better results by the end of the program and show themselves to be much more independent at carrying on the lifestyle once the program is over in comparison to clients I trained in person.

WILL I NEED TO BUY ANY EQUIPMENT FOR THE PROGRAM ?

No! I will provide everything you need for the program including any equipment! (it's included in the program price)

Once the program is over you also get to keep all of the equipment, so you can continue to train even after the program is over.

DOES THE PROGRAM REQUIRE ME TO GO ON A STRICT DIET ?

No!...There are no foods that are strictly off-limits!

However I would be a bad coach if I didn't tell you that we have to stick to a nutritional plan to reach your goals!

My program and especially the nutritional aspect are designed to adapt to your lifestyle and habits. But having said that, it is important that you realise that it is your lifestyle and habits that have brought you to where you are today. During the onboarding process I will gather enough information to create your nutritional plan in accordance with my nutritional concept which I have designed to be implemented into any lifestyle and yields amazing results everytime!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET SICK OR INJURED DURING THE PROGRAM ?

We will simply take a break for the duration of your illness or injury. Once you are fit to train again we will simply pick up where we left off and progress accordingly. For severe or life changing injuries or illness please read the terms & conditions in the training agreement policy below.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE CONSULTATION ?

The analysis call and the consultation are 100% free of charge and entail no obligation to sign-up to my program! 

However It is worth mentioning that I don't just give away free consultations to anybody. I am very selective over who I invite to a consultation as they must be someone who I can and want to work with. The consultation itself will take 60 minutes and in addition to this I also take time to prepare for the consultation so as to ensure the right decision is made by the end.  

DO I NEED TO HAVE A CERTAIN LEVEL OF FITNESS BEFORE STARTING WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER ?

Not for my program!

If I have taken you on as a client we will start at your pace. Even if that means we start with just the nutrition and address the fitness side at a later stage. We have a goal to reach, and although it is my obligation to push you to reach your goals it is very important that we work at your pace and within your bodies capabilities and limitations to reach them. With me you are really in the best of hands!

*IMPORTANT:
All of the goals listed at the top of the page are shown as an example of what previous clients have managed to achieve with my coaching on my Quickfit36 program. However it goes without saying that the results of my Quickfit36 program (as stated above) are only achievable if the client applies themselves and adheres to all of the instructions given by myself (the trainer) and even then the results may vary from person to person.
Glen Burchard Fitness realises that all clients are individuals with personal goals, limitations and lifestyle circumstances. For this exact reason each client goes through a c
ompulsory onboarding process which will reveal all of the information that I will need to design the best program possible for them. From here I will be able to set realistic goals to aim for by the end of the program - any result estimations given before hand would be mere speculation and show a lack of responsible professionalism on my part.
