My focus has always been on my clients reaching their ultimate goals.
This is why I don't offer an hourly "pay as you go" rate like other trainers do.
This pay as you go system will have you constantly topping up your sessions leading to silly interuptions and a loss of focus along the way and it is this stop-start approach which will gradually kill off your motivation and adherence in the long run. Meaning that all of the time and money you have spent along the way hasn't really gotten you the results you really wanted leaving you frustrated and ultimately back to square one.
